Here at Autotech, we are
specialists in automotive diagnostics, when a problem happens, it
is recorded by the vehicles ECU, it will recognise something at
fault, sometimes causing the vehicle to run in "safe" parameters,
often enabling the vehicles "limp mode". But even when the general
driving performance isnt affected, there generally will be a fault
code given, this code is an interpretation of the issue found by
the ECU, keeping in mind this is merely an interpretation and not
always the source of the problem, in some cases we have found that
customers have spent hundreds of pounds elsewhere, in essence
chasing one fault after another, changing parts as the ECU is
stating what it "thinks" to be at fault, having not cured or found
the root cause. Here at Autotech, we pride ourselves on not only
understanding the codes that our incredibly advanced equiptment
recieves, but also incorperating in depth investigation to ensure
that we arent fitting parts that simply are not required, in turn
saving you as the customer, precious pounds that did not need
spending.
